Daily management of the project was done by CONUS, under the supervision of the appointed contact person. He took care of all events, helped by the administrative staff. CONUS ensured continuous coordination of all activities and adequate preparation of all the planned events. If necessary, CONUS consulted PMB by organizing virtual meetings. In such a way, smooth running of the project was ensured.
