The PMB was founded at the kick off meeting which was organized much later than planned because of technical reasons. The PMB contained all the Consortium members. It was decided at this meeting not to appoint any Steering Committee, in order to ensure active participation of all Consortium members. Meetings of the PMB have been organized much more frequently than it was planned, having in mind the importance of analyzing the planned and the achieved activities much more frequently in the situation where the Steering Committee was not formally appointed. Indeed, all the planned and the achieved activities were analyzed on the basis of reports from all the Consortium members and the lead partners of the work packages. These reports represented a good basis for further planning.
